Districts and academies across the state use TCB College Prep to satisfy their HB 5 requirement for college preparatory courses.

At Texas College Bridge, we’re proud to offer our College Prep students the broadest range of postsecondary options of any HB 5 college prep program. In fact, our network of higher ed partners includes more than 95% of Texas community colleges and many of the state’s leading universities. 

Our proven, online College Prep courses have been faculty reviewed to ensure they meet TSI standards and deliver consistent results across the state. Multi-year evaluations by independent researchers have demonstrated that Texas College Bridge is proven to increase student success, including first semester performance and year-on-year persistence. 

Equipping students with the skills, confidence and support needed to enroll in and succeed in college-level coursework is a central part of our mission – along with connecting more college-ready students to our network of higher ed partners!

View the new 2025-2030 Texas College Bridge MOU and DSA and submit your signed copy to info@texascollegebridge.org.
Colleges will be added to the 2025-2030 Addendum upon execution of the MOU and to the map.
Don’t forget to fill out a partner information form so we can enhance your listing!

Also provide us with the contact information for receipt of Certificates of Completion.

Texas College Bridge is committed to evaluating the effectiveness of our program.  Since 2021, we have conducted an independent program evaluation with the participation of higher ed partners who have supplied data on student performance and persistence.  

Each year, the findings from the ongoing study have demonstrated that Texas College Bridge continues to effectively prepare academically at-risk high school students to go on to succeed in first year college math and English courses and persist in their studies.
